Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.), then enter the 6-digit code below to enable TOTP.
Upload, organise, rename, and delete files within a structured folder hierarchy. Drag-and-drop uploads support multiple files at once with real-time progress tracking. All file names and metadata are preserved exactly as you uploaded them.
Download individual files or entire folders as a ZIP archive with a single click. Every download is logged automatically, giving administrators full visibility into who accessed which documents and when.
Each user account is assigned a tailored set of permissions — View, Download, Upload, Create Folder, Rename, and Delete — so every participant only sees and does exactly what they are authorised for. Permissions can be updated instantly by an administrator.
Administrators can create, edit, and deactivate user accounts from the Users & Admin panel. Each account has a display name, email, role, and individual permission flags — no shared logins, every user is uniquely identified.
Every meaningful action — sign-ins, uploads, downloads, deletions, permission changes, and more — is recorded with the user's identity, IP address, and timestamp. Administrators can filter, search, and export the full log as a CSV file for compliance or legal review.
Users can submit questions directly to administrators through the built-in Q&A channel. Each question thread is private — visible only to the user who asked and the admin team. Admins can mark questions as Answered or Closed to keep the queue organised.
Each user can add an extra layer of login security by enabling TOTP two-factor authentication, compatible with any standard authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, and others). Once enabled, a time-based code is required on every sign-in.
Instantly find any file or folder using the search bar at the top of the screen. Results appear as you type and respect your personal permissions — you will only ever see content you are authorised to access.
Update your password and manage two-factor authentication directly from the Settings panel. Your profile information — including your display name and email address — is kept private and securely stored.
